To ensure proper scheduling and smooth conduct of sessions for all participants, kindly note the following guidelines:

  • Enrollment will be confirmed only upon successful fee payment.
  • Your slot/batch seat is reserved exclusively based on your registration.
  • Participants are requested to join the session on time to avoid disruption to the class flow.
  • Sessions will begin as per the scheduled timing, irrespective of delayed joining by participants.
  • Excessive late joining may result in missing portions of the session, and separate repeat coverage may not always be possible.
  • In case you are unable to attend a scheduled session, prior intimation is mandatory.
  • Rescheduling requests should preferably be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled session timing.
  • Rescheduling can be accommodated only up to the immediate next batch of the same course, subject to slot availability.
  • Absence without prior communication may be treated as a completed session, since the slot has already been reserved exclusively for you.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable.
  • For multi-session programs, participants are requested to complete all sessions within the communicated batch/schedule timeline.
  • Repeated postponements or prolonged inactivity without communication may lead to closure of the enrollment.
  • Certificates (where applicable) will be issued only upon successful completion/attendance of the respective course or program.
